<li>faina cat cuprinde (aprox 500 gr)</li>

Mixam ouale cu zaharul, zaharul vanilat si esenta sau extractul de vanilie. Adaugam untul la temperatura camerei (putin moale, nu topit) si cand s-a incorporat adaugam faina treptat cu un vf de lingurita de praf de copt. Trebuie sa obtinem un aluat tare pe care sa-l manevram usor. Dam la frigider pentru 1 ora, intindem bine aluatul si decupam cu formele preferate.<br />

Voi inaugura o noua rubrica pe blog cu retete/sfaturi care nu tin neaparat de bucatarie dar care mie mi-au prins bine si as vrea sa le impartasesc cu voi. Hmmm, Bucataria Verde suna bine?<br />
Am inceput acum 1 an si jumatate sa-mi prepar singura cremele de fata/corp si chiar daca imi mai este dor si de vreo crema din comert nu as vrea sa renunt la obicei. Cremele se prepara mult mai simplu decat va imaginat.Aveti nevoie doar de unturi/uleiuri pe care le puteti achizitiona on line de pe elemental.ro , organik.ro (imi plac mult produsele Akoma), organicbaby.ro, nucidesapun.ro<br />
Nu vreau sa va plictisesc cu articole lungi despre cat de minunate si bune sunt unturile/uleiurile pentru ten si corp. Vreau doar sa va starnesc curiozitatea si sa incercati ceva natural pentru tenul/corpul vostru.<br />
Pentru inceput va puteti lua doar un unt de shea sau unt de cocos si un ulei potrivit tipului de ten (prefer migdale, argan, germeni de grau, galbenele). Nu aveti nevoie de multe ingrediente pentru a obtine o crema bogata nutritiv. In poza puteti vedea tot ce am in momentul de fata. Astept rabdatoare sa le termin si sa incerc altele noi. De baza la mine sunt unturile de shea-cacao-cocos. Apoi variez uleiurile in functie de ce vreau sa obtin (crema fata, corp, masca par).<br />

Crema pe care am pregatit-o in poza recomand pentru un ten uscat/matur.<br />
De ce avem nevoie:<br />
<ul>
<li>unt shea</li>
<li>unt (ulei-e fix acelasi lucru) cocos </li>
<li>ulei argan</li>
<li>ulei germeni de grau</li>
</ul>
Preparare:<br />
Intr-un bol (de sticla) punem untul de shea si untul de cocos daca il aveti in stare solida. Vasul se pune la bain marie pana se topesc cele 2 unturi. Luam de pe foc si adaugam uleiul de argan si uleiul de germeni de grau. Amestecam bine, punem compozitia intr-o cutie (prefer de sticla) si dam la rece pana a 2-a zi.<br />
Ok, si acum va intrebati: cantitatile???? Pai chiar nu masor nimic. Daca avem in compozitie mai mult unt shea/cocos crema va iesi mai tare, daca adaugam mai mult ulei va iesi mai cremoasa (dar si mai uleioasa) dupa cum se vede in poza. Nu ma deranjeaza consistenta cremei oricum ar iesi ea. Daca vreti sa o parfumati puteti pune 2-3 picaturi de ulei esential cu o aroma preferata. Ca si termen de valabilitate recomand folosirea ei in intr-o luna. Daca vreti sa va tina mai mult puteti adauga vitamina e (2pic) si se va prelungi termenul de valabilitate. Dar nu rezista atat, garantez!<br />

Daca vreti sa faceti un tort simplu si nu aveti timp pentru blat, tortul de biscuiti e o idee buna. Eu l-am executat acum o saptamana si cu siguranta il voi repeta de sarbatori. Am avut o tava maare si din cauza aceasta a trebuit sa fac 2 feluri de creme (una de ciocolata si una de vanilie) dar daca folositi o tava mai mica e suficienta doar crema de ciocolata. Va atasez si poza cu tava sa vedeti ce ditamai tortul mi-a iesit :))<br />

<li>1 lingura amidon alimentar (sau faina)</li>

<li>esenta de portocale (sau ce preferati)</li>
<li>2 plicuri zahar vanilat sau extract vanilie</li>

PREPARARE<br />

Crema de ciocolata:<br />
Intr-un vas punem pe foc smantana pentru frisca, zaharul si ciocolata rupta bucatele. Lasam sa se topeasca ciocolata, adaugam esenta de rom si dam la frigider pentru 3-4 ore sau la congelator pentru 15-20min. Ca sa scurtam timpul de asteptare putem adauga pe foc doar o parte din smantana si apoi la final cand mixam crema sa adaugam restul. Fiind cantitate mai mica se va raci mai repede. Cand s-a racit, o mixam bine pana obtinem o crema in care adaugam nuca macinata si esenta de rom.<br />
Mie mi s-a parut cea mai simpla si gustoasa crema de ciocolata. Pentru crema de ciocolata m-am inspirat de pe forumul culinar.ro<br />

Crema de vanilie:<br />
Punem laptele cu zaharul (si cel vanilat) pe foc, amestecam bine galbenusurile cu amidonul si adaugam peste lapte amestecand mereu sa nu faca cocoloase pana se ingroasa crema. Daca vi se pare crema prea moale mai adaugati amidon (sau faina). La sfarsit adaugam si esenta de portocale sau ce aroma va place (asa mi s-a parut mie ca ar da bine combinatia portocala-rom-ciocolata).<br />

Ansamblarea:<br />
Intr-o tava am pus un rand de biscuiti insiropati in lapte caldut, un rand de crema, iar biscuiti, iar crema pana se termina cremele si biscuitii :)). Radem putina ciocolata pentru aspect comercial si dam tortul la rece.<br />

Repet, tortul este ff bun si fara crema de vanilie dar eu am avut o tava mare, mare si cand am vazut ca mi se termina crema la stratul 4 de biscuiti am zis sa mai fac repede si o crema de vanilie ca sa fie tortul mai inalt (si mai mult :)))<br />

Daca tot suntem la capitolul budinci, va prezint o budinca de mei cu "ciocolata" delicioasa. O putem servi la micul dejun alaturi de fructe proaspete, la cina sau pur si simplu ca desert. <br />

Scurgem meiul, il adaugam in blender cu o cana de apa, blenduim bine apoi adaugam restul de ingredientele (fara banana) si blenduim iar pana obtinem o pasta cremoasa. MOD PREPARARE: <br />

Punem la fiert perlele de tapioca cu laptele de cocos si putina apa. Apa o folosim doar ca sa mai subtiem laptele de cocos care mi s-a parut prea gros. Am repetat reteta cu lapte de soia/vaca si nu a fost nevoie de sa adaug apa la fiert. Punem o lingura de zahar, vanilia si lasam sa fiarba pana devin perlele translucide. Dupa ce se raceste facem un sos de zmeura (dam la blender zmeura si apoi trecem printr-o sita sosul sa scoatem semintele), decoram cu zmeura proaspata si gata avem un desert rapid, delicios si sanatos! <br />

Despre combinatia cu ghimbir tot ce pot sa zic e wow...am citit mult depre ghimbir dar nu l-am folosit niciodata...da stiu e ciudat. daca mai e cineva in situatia asta la urmatoarea iesire de shopping sa-l puna pe lista. Eu il aveam in frigider de vreo 2 saptamani si sotul era curios ce fac cu el, mereu ma intreba l-ai folosit...pana i-am venit de hac astazi (bine, nu pe tot),de abia astept sa-l folosesc la prajituri.<br />

PREPARARE:<br />
Punem la fiert ceapa, morcovii si cartofii in 2 l de apa. Cand sunt gata scoatem legumele intr-un bol mai mare, punem dovleacul copt si mixam treptat adaugand supa de legume pana ne iese o supa crema. Adaugam usturoiul, ghimbirul, nuscoara, mai mixam putin si gata, avem o supa delicioasa. <br />
O puteti servi cu smantana si decora cu frunze de menta (eu am luat putina menta dintr-un pliculet de ceai).<br />

Cum îmi era pofta de ceva bun si trebuia sa fie neaparat si sănătos ca sa pap impreuna cu Andra am zis sa încerc crema de ciocolata de pe <u> <a href="http://www.cristelageorgescu.ro/">site-ul Cristelei Georgescu</a></u> care pentru mine este de mare ajutor. Folosesc destul de des avocado si ca sa nu se plictiseasca de el încerc mereu combinatii noi. Cu pudra de roscove pe care o gasiti la plafar sau magazine bio gen Naturalia m-am imprietenit mai greu dar după ce am citit <u> <a href="http://corneliamarin.ro/?p=454"> aici</a></u> toate avantajele ei va recomand sa o încercati. Crema a iesit foarte buna , dovada mai jos.<br />

Dragilor, revin dupa o perioada lunga de timp cu o reteta de gem de afine. Este o nebunie de gem, eu l-am facut mai acrisor voi adaugati zahar dupa bunul plac. Am o multime de retete pe care vreau sa le public sper sa am mai mult timp la dispozitie ca sa le impartasesc cu voi.<br />

PREPARARE:<br />
<br />
Spalam bine afinele, adaugam zaharul si le lasam cateva ore (eu le-am lasat o noapte). Sacrificam o cratita inalta si le dam pe foc amestecand mereu ca sa nu se lipeasca pana capata consistenta dorita. Adica eu prefer gemul cu mai multa zeama, daca nu va place asa lasati sa fiarba mai mult pana se incheaga bine. La sfarsit am adaugat zeama de la 1 lamaie. Adaugam in borcane cat e fierbinte.<br />

Chit ca am o cratita si un polonic mov, m-am capatat cu o minunatie de gem!<br />

Totusi, acum inteleg de ce sunt asa renumite aceste ierburi pentru ca folosite la friptura dau un gust aparte carnii. Punem capacul si lasam sa fiarba.</p><p>Separat punem la fiert ciupercile. Dupa ce au fiert le taiem bucati mici. Taiem o ceapa cuburi, o calim, adaugam ciupercile si cateii de usturoi taiati marunt. Intre timp tocam toate legumele marunt. Dupa ce a fiert carnea cam jumatate de ora adaugam ceapa, morcovii, telina, pastarnacul si radacina de patrunjel. </p><p>Cand aproape s-au fiert legumele si carnea adaugam ardeiul gras, cartofii mai dam intr-un clocot si adaugam sucul de rosii.</p><p>La sfarsit punem si oul batut, saram dupa gust, adaugam borsul, mai lasam 5-10 min ciorba pe foc si gata. Mixam untul cu zahar, incorporam oul si amestecam pana se omogenizeaza compozitia. Adaugam faina treptat (amestecata cu praful de copt), laptele, ciocolata si cacao.<br />Dam la rece compozitia pentru 10-15 min.<br />Tapetam o tava cu hartie de copt si cu lingura punem compozitia in tava. Daca tineti la aspect cu mana usor umezita cu apa formati bilute. Eu am pus si capacul la cratita ca sa se inabuse putin. Cand este gata adaugam smantana, gorgonzola rupta in bucati mici si amestecam bine pana se topeste toata branza. Le adaugam iar in ciorba cu ciolanul taiat bucatele, ardeiul gras taiat cuburi si sucul de rosii. Mai lasam 20 min la foc mic. Mie mi s-a parut cam dulce ciorba si am acrit-o cu bors. La sfarsit am adaugat o legatura de cimbru si am lasat-o doar cateva minute sa-si lase aroma. Dupa ce am cautat la plafar si nu am gasit am zis ca tot prietenul meu Internetul ma va ajuta. Sunt foarte incantata ca se pot achizitiona si la noi condimente de calitate.<br />De fapt, ceea ce m-a bucurat enorm a fost ca le-am putut comanda on-line si in 2 zile am avut condimentele acasa. Eu mi-am luat extract de vanilie, cacao, condimente orientale, africane si provence.
